Q: I love your trays, but I found a fabric that is perfect, can I send it in?

A: Definitely! All we need is your fabric to be two (2) inches larger than the Tray Size.

 

Q: Your trays are beautiful, but I think I need a larger size.

A: Great! We can create custom sizes; we just need your specifications to create your size.

 

Q: Can you tell me about your assembly process?

A: Of course! All frame pieces that are used for our trays along with all designer fabrics are measured and cut with precision at our company warehouse. Once exact measurements are ensured, the pieces are sent to our gallery to be hand assembled by our team of experienced artisans.

 

Q: What is your turnaround time?

A: Our suppliers provide us with quality products that we keep stocked in our warehouse, however with the unique impact COVID has had on the manufacturing industry there is always a possibility of production delays.
At Amanda Carol Home, we believe in satisfied clients, so we will make every effort to inform you of any delays.

 

Q: Do you provide shipping services?

A: Absolutely, currently just within the United States. We hope to have International Shipping options available soon.

 

Q: What are your shipping schedules?

A: Our preferred shipping vendor is FedEx and will be calculated at checkout. Due to the current impact of COVID on shipping times, there may be delays with shipping. Tracking updates are available through FedEx.

 

Q: I love your products and I have my own shop, can I become a Trade Partner and make them available to my customers?
